Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar Fasciitis
Plantar fasciitis is the most common cause of heel pain. It is inflammation of the thick band of tissue along the bottom of the foot, and it is worst with the first steps in the morning.
Treating the Cause, Not Just the Pain
Heel pain usually has a mechanical driver such as arch collapse, tight calves or footwear. Our podiatric team treats the inflammation and corrects the mechanics so it does not simply return.
How We Can Help
- Podiatric evaluation with on-site digital X-ray imaging
- Custom orthotics fabricated to support the arch
- Stretching and strengthening in physical therapy
- Therapeutic ultrasound and cold laser therapy
- Injection therapy for persistent cases
Insurance
We accept most major insurance plans, including workers' compensation and no-fault auto insurance, and our billing team can help verify your coverage.
